Unenroll a Knox County Court Case from AutoPay on KnoxCourtPay

No longer want to have your bills paid automatically on KnoxCourtPay? No problem! Follow the steps below to unenroll from AutoPay:

  1. Choose the appropriate court from the "Services" drop down menu and select Manage Autopay/Enroll in AutoPay

  2. Click the edit icon next to the AutoPay account you wish to unenroll

  3. Click Unenroll from AutoPay  

  4. Select Yes, Unenroll to confirm
